1. The properties listed by our agency are owned and managed by the Defense Housing Authority (DHA).
2. Our agency will represent the buyer or seller. All properties listed with our agency are subject to availability, and we do not guarantee the availability of any property until the sale is confirmed.
3. The prices listed for each property are subject to change without notice. We will, however, endeavor to ensure that the prices listed on our website and in our marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date.
4. Any offers or bids for properties must be made in writing and will only be considered once we have received confirmation of the payment of a non-refundable booking deposit equal to 10% of the total sale value of the property.
5. The balance of the sale price must be paid within the agreed-upon timeframe, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis, based on the specific property and its intended use.
6. Any discrepancies or concerns regarding the condition or location of a property must be raised prior to the sale being finalized. We will do our best to provide accurate information and support throughout the process, but we cannot be held liable for any issues arising as a result of the sale.
7. All legal fees, taxes, and other costs associated with the sale will be the responsibility of the seller & buyer.
8. We reserve the right to refuse any offer or bid for any reason. We also reserve the right to withdraw a property from sale at any time, without notice.
9. By agreeing to purchase a property through our agency, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
